As part of Dexcom’s mission to focus on innovation, scale and new product development, Dexcom will be discontinuing its role as a direct (DME) provider.

  • On May 8, 2021 you will no longer be able to order Dexcom supplies through the Dexcom Online Store. Dexcom is working with customers to help transition them to the appropriate supplier to obtain their ongoing Dexcom supplies. If you have not already transitioned to a new supplier, and you have not been contacted by a Dexcom representative, please reach out to us at (844) 537-7657 so we can help you transition to the appropriate supplier.

  • If you have already spoken with a Dexcom representative about transitioning to another supplier, please do not reorder from the Dexcom online store as this may result in delays. Please continue ordering supplies from your new supplier.

  • Customers will still be able to order Dexcom supplies from a distributor or pharmacy instead of ordering through the Dexcom Online Store. Customers can still order directly from Dexcom for a limited time. Past order invoices can still be accessed in the Online Store through 12/31/2021.
